Kim is a licensed Broker in the state of Wisconsin and Illinois. She also was a Licensed Cosmetologist in Wisconsin for the past 42 years and retired in 2021. “I have always enjoyed assisting people whether styling their hair or getting them in a new home! Being a ‘people-person’ has been a value to my clients, and my ability to put them at ease through the home buying or selling transaction has made me successful as a REALTOR.” Kim also holds her Accredited Buyer Representative designation. Kim and her husband, Steve, have two sons, who are both married, and four grandchildren (with a new little blessing coming this year). They live near Potosi, WI on a 137-acre farm. She enjoys time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and reading, cooking, baking, walking, snowshoeing, fishing and boating.
