This designation is awarded to REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria, by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®. The ABR after a REALTORS® name tells you that you'll be working with someone committed to your best interests, someone who has made both education and career a priority, and has also demonstrated the experience needed to provide the finest in buyer representation.

- Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource- REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk in the transaction.

- Certified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to sell HUD homes

- Lori is also a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. This certification was earned through specialized education in the marketing of a home by advertising in print, online and by appearance (staging). Simple and often inexpensive or no expense changes in your home can equate to a higher sale price.

Our licensing in both Wisconsin and Illinois enables our membership in two Multiple Listing Services, enhancing the marketing of your property to more agents in the tri-state area.
We also work with many lenders in marketing and selling their foreclosures; GMAC, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase and Ocwen, as well as several of the area financial institutions. |
